Hear when your Power BI refresh finishes.

No add-ins. No extensions. Keep this page open, focus the Power BI refresh dialog, and when it closes your browser regains focus and plays a chime.

Step 1: Click “Enable sound”. (Browsers require a user click before audio can play.)

How to use it

Open this page in a separate browser window (optional, but easier to notice).
Click “Enable sound” once.
Start refresh in Power BI Desktop and focus the refresh dialog (Alt-Tab, or taskbar → Power BI → refresh window).
When the dialog closes, focus returns here and you’ll hear the chime.

Best for Power BI Desktop on Windows. This page does not access Power BI or your data.
