Click Enable sound once. Browsers block sound until you click.

Start the refresh and switch to its dialog.
In Power BI Desktop, start the refresh, then switch to the refresh window with Alt+Tab or the taskbar.

Wait for the chime.
When the dialog closes, your browser comes back to this page and plays the chime.
